- Individuals with the following conditions are not recommended to sign up for this health screening:
- Has existing chronic medical conditions and/or taking medications for them
- Recently had HbA1c/lipid profile blood test performed in the last 3 years
- Immunocompromised/acutely ill patients (includes patients who have chronic kidney disease, anaemia, cancer, severe infections, uraemia, alcoholism)
- Pregnancy (HbA1c levels can decrease during 2nd trimester and increase during 3rd trimester; changes are mild but can affect assessment of potential gestational diabetes)
- Paediatric population such as adolescents and teenagers
- Has no capacity for informed consent to blood-taking (e.g. due to cognitive impairment)
- The service fee encompasses the provision of end-to-end service which includes the following:
- Blood-drawing procedure fee
- Lab processing fee
- Provision of blood test results
- Teleconsultation review of blood test results
- For additional persons, the blood test service has to be done at the same location and at the same time.
- Any cancellation or rescheduling of service will be charged as per the cancellation and reschedule policy indicated below.
- Please book your appointment one week in advance.
Weekdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm
Weekends: 8:00am to 12.30pm
(Inclusive of Public Holidays)
Important: All cancellation or amendments will be tended to during operating hours only. Cancellation that take place outside operating hours will not fall under the cancellation notice/subjected to Jaga-Me's discretion.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy |
If you would like to reschedule and/or cancel appointments, please do so at least 7 days before the appointment. Rescheduling or cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the entire fee. Failure to be present at home during scheduled appointment will also result in forfeiture.
Reschedule
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please reschedule at least a minimum of seven (7) days prior to your scheduled appointment date. Rescheduling less than seven (7) calendar days prior to but more than 24 hours before your appointment date, will incur an additional transport fee to be paid before the next appointment date can be scheduled.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your appointment, please perform the cancellation at least a minimum of 7 days prior to your appointment, a full refund will be issued to the same credit card used for booking the appointment. The refund takes 10-14 business days.
If you cancel less than 7 days prior to but more than 24 hours before your scheduled date appointment, you will receive a refund minus an administration fee of 25% of the entire fee.
